Terms of Service
Last updated: 1 June 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Trackr application and services. By creating an account or using Trackr, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
⚠️ Important Disclaimer — Not Financial Advice
Trackr is a journaling and analytics tool only. Nothing in this application constitutes financial advice, trading signals, investment recommendations, or any form of regulated financial service. The AI Coach feature provides educational analysis of your own historical trade data and does not constitute personalised financial advice.
Past performance does not guarantee future results. Trading financial instruments involves significant risk of loss, including the possible loss of all invested capital. You should consult a licensed financial adviser before making any trading decisions. Trackr accepts no responsibility for any trading losses incurred.
